14 January 2018 – “These volunteers at the Fashion for a Social Cause” were among the many young people at the SGCares Carnival. They put on a fashion show for the event, with special needs children and cancer survivors as models. Their unique outfits were designed by the local talents and sewn by the elderly, the needy and the underprivileged. “

14 September 2019 - “This set of coasters caught my eye at the fair held by local social enterprise Singapore Fashion Runway. Its “Fashion for a Social Cause” programmes bring local talents together with disadvantaged communities and people with special needs to nurture their abilities. The coasters were designed and coloured by 15-year-old Sijun Leong.” at the PAP Women’s Wing Conference 2019.

14 September 2019 – “Led by Singapore Fashion Runway founder Eileen Yap, the youths – Casey Ng, Yeo Weixuan, Klassen Christie, Sijun Leong, Kayne Chan and Lucus Ho – performed a preview of their song “Who You Wanna Be.” This song was written and composed by Isabelle Wong, a fellow Singapore Fashion Runway youth who has dyslexia. The heartwarming song is about inclusivity and encourages everyone to be the best version of themselves.” at the PAP Women’s Wing Conference 2019 at Orchard Hotel.
